Francesc Boix photographer

Francesc Boix: Barcelona 1920- Paris 1951 He fought in the Spanish Civil War, and after the victory of Franco was sent to Mauthausen a nazi concentration camp. While in the camp he took hundreds of photographs. These photographs were an essential testimony in the Nuremberg Trials.

Hitler in films

On December 1st, as we were having our classes on AIDS' day, a student asked me why we were doing that, he said it had nothing to do with Geography. My final answer was that Geography means asking questions about the world around us
